Beginning a “learning path” looking at GCSE key words, including a vote
Tried sending stickies – but not sure if that’s worked!

Canon Camera
Taken lots of photos
Taken lots of videos

iTunes
Have uploaded my GarageBand offerings to iTunes
Have downloaded one CD so far (since I’m not on-line with my MacBook yet, I will wait a bit longer until I try downloading more, because it’s too time-consuming adding in the detail of the tracks manually!)

iPhoto
I love the way all my photos and videos are stored on here.

PhotoShop Elements
I’ve changed a few of my photos to make them more artistic.

PhotoBooth
I’ve taken quite a few photos on here, and have tried out all the options to make them look different.

Adobe Photo whatever
I have also stored my photos on the PC side as well, for ease of access.

Grab
I’ve made a few .tiff files using this.

Flickr
I’ve over 80 photos stored on here at the moment, and I have sent some to my Blog.

Edublogs
Well, you’re looking at it, so you know how much I’ve used my blog so far!

DigiMemo
I’ve just got this, and have already written out some notes that I want to use as part of a worksheet. I’ll upload the finished item when I can.

Spresent.com
Now that I can upload this to my blog, I can finally put this on the “I’ve used this” list! My Year 7 and Year 8 classes will be using this over the next couple of weeks. I hope it works for them too!

A British game designer has redefined the way religious principles are taught with an interactive interpretation of the life of Christ:
    http://www.mdickie.com/prev_youtestament.htm

As the title suggests, “The You Testament” places you at the scene of every major event from the Gospels and allows you to witness Jesus’ impact on society firsthand. The virtual world is used as a metaphor for creation and offers a unique interpretation of events. Over the course of following Jesus, the player comes to understand religious principles such as non-violence and forgiveness – and associates them with Bible passages that accompany the subtitles. The player also develops a good grasp of Palestinian geography thanks to an authentic map that charts their movements.

The 3D game is a piece of PC software like any other and is fully compatible with classroom technology. Video footage of key scenes can also be found on YouTube.
